In the last two blog articles you have already seen some insights into the Design and conception , as well as the production our Wave of Change Collection receive.
After we proudly presented the first freshly printed copies in our hands, it was time to take some pretty photos of our collection. It was a wonderful day we had in Augsburg with the models and almost the entire team, but see for yourself.
Just for the sake of completeness, we should mention at this point that we all had ourselves tested for the Corona virus beforehand!
The shooting
Before the shooting could take place, our Isabell had to consult with the team to tough choice meet, because there are an incredible number of great and different people from the Oceanmata Community as Models for the shoot applied to us. More precisely 170 of them, wow, you guys are awesome! That made it all the harder to make a final decision. Besides our personal feelings, other factors also played a role. It was also important to us that the Models also complement each other and at the same time we have a colorful mixture of different characters Our wish was to no stereotypes to depict our sustainable Oceanmata merch.

Linda, Louisa, Melinda, Tim and Dominik's friend Ramona We mastered this job brilliantly and we all had a great time on the shooting day. It was an honor for us to welcome you in the brand new wave of change collection to be allowed to photograph!

We would like to have more male or diverse community members in front of the camera, next to Tim . In fact, it is mainly the Female Oceanmata community members applied for our shoot, and the second male candidate dropped out shortly before. Our Dominik gave Tim a little support in front of the camera 😉 .
We hope that with the selection of our models and the results of the shooting to reach everyone and of course, for the sake of the environment , to avoid as many returns as possible in the future.
