We are a A team full of ocean heroes , mostly based around Augsburg. Two Oceanmata members, our Ilse and our Natalie, work remotely due to the distance between their homes and the office. Office in Augsburg So sit during the week six out of eight Oceanmata heroes.
Even if we see each other once a week on a laptop screen, it is incredibly valuable for us to be able to see each other in person and exchange ideas as a whole team on a regular basis. Therefore, we make sure to meet in real life as often as possible and not just behind or at the screens and through shared experiences. To strengthen internal cohesion .
Our team outing took place in Seefeld/Austria During our hike through the wonderful Austrian mountains, we were lucky enough to visit a strudel festival in Seefeld that day. A culinary feast. All in all, it was a wonderful day with many conversations , funny moments and many animals who were able (or had to!) to benefit from our love of animals along the way.
